Hallo,


I am Ajay Rajput. I had ordered for new Airtel Mobile post paid connection from Airtel sales executive based on Raipur. I was paid one thousand ruppes & submitted relevant documents in this regards accoprdingly on 11 / 04 / 13. After that they has provide me a sim card and told that my number will be started after one or two days but my number is not activated that’s why I am regularly call to them.. From that day on I have been calling, following up with Airtel but nobody was resolving my problem.


I got to know about Akosha through the internet and filed my Complaint against Airtel. Immediately after registering my Complaint, Airtel started reacting. My issue was resolved. Even though I was not a premium Customer but Airtel responded through Akosha and did the needful. I Would like to give 5 stars to Akosha!
