MAHINDRA FIRST CHOICE & SRI DURGA AUTOMOBILES (ASHISH SINGHANIA) CHEATED AND FROUD CASE.

Mahindra First Choice and Sri Durga Automobiles (Owned by Mr. Ashish Singhania) has been caught red handed for selling an accidental car to a Senior Journalist.(TAHIR CHOWDHARY) On this issue, Anand Mahindra and Mahindra First Choice have not responded and has remained silent. The factual details have many discrepancies and the nexus to do so between Sri Durga Automobiles and Mahindra First Choice is quite evident.

Now the same dealer, Mahindra First Choice and Sri Durga Automobiles, has also cheated me by giving me an accidental car hence leading to the fraud. To my further surprise, I was awestruck to know that Sri Durga Automobiles owned and managed by Mr. Ashish Singhania was also involved in cheating customers at SAI AUTOMOBILES with a SKODA dealership and lost the dealership against similar kind of forgery and fraud. Despite loosing his previous Skoda dealership (Sai Skoda Automobiles) on the same grounds of cheating and forgery, he seems not to have any fear for repeating the same deeds at Sri Durga Automobiles as a Mahindra and Mahindra dealer. By this, he is damaging the reputation of the Mahindras and appears to be his routine habit not concerned about any outcomes.

The dealerships of such cheats and frauds should be terminated and take a serious actions against him.
