I lost my wife to a wrong diagnosis of swine flu on the 29th Septemeber'09 at the Manipal Hospital. She was admitted with a asthma attack and was administered Tamiflu and put on a ventilator.

Her swab tests confirmed negative, but since she was already on the ventilator for 9 days, developed pulmonary embolism and died as a result of it. Few days short of her 43rd birthday.
