Tikona is the worse service provider and request you all to never ever dream about it. I will tell you my story. As they have worse speed and tech support. I was facing problem so decided to disconnect. So, on 25thMay 2013 I complained for disconnection (complaint no. 1-2687280104). After that they have a retaining process and on 3rd june an IDIOT lady called me and offering me some offers and which I denied and asked her to disconnect.


Dan on 27 June they sent me a bill Of 765 INR. I asked them why and how as I was using advance rental plan and was paying my bills in advance than I didn't got any response from them.


On 12th of August I got a legal call notice from legalcalls@tikona.in stating to pay INR 864 else I will be drag to court so, I called up customer care and mailed them too. The customer care told me that its by mistake and for sure I need not to worry.


On 16th of August I got a call from Mr. Rajesh Agnihotri (advocate, Delhi) stating that I have your case in my hand and if I logged it than you will have to come to Delhi though you may win 100%. He told me that Tikona people are very bad and you are not only one, they trouble their customers like this only. He suggested me to pay the amount and than you can fight in pune itself and file RTI in consumer court else you will have to come to Delhi. I asked him ok I will pay INr 865 right? He said no no its 2365.....I said WHAT? but I received notice of INR 865 only. Than he replied see this is TIKONA's worse strategy they just want to trouble you that's it. Because even if I pay INR 865 according to their notice still INR 1500 would have been pending and once case enters the court I had to go to DELHI from pune. Mr. Rajseh told be "I don't understand y this TIKONA people troubles their customers". Than I understood that they have charged for Device.


So, I paid the amount and than called up customer and told him the details. He took my complaint and said within 48 hours you will get a call and your entire money will be refunded (1-2762287283) 16th August.


But there was no response from their end. Than I went to their local office on Baji Rao Road, Pune. They checked my details and replied " Sir, we know that you are 100% right, and we are sorry for this , please write email and your money will be refunded". He gave me a number 020-3483419 (Mr. Patil/Ashis) and asked me to go to VIMAN NAGAR (15 KM away) and check with them.


On 17th August I called on that number and MR. Patil picked up and checked my ID and reverted that "Sir, I have received your device(INR 1500) and notified Mumbai Office. I don't know why this happened".


Than he gave me another no. 020-33998888 (Mr. Ashish) for rest amount that is INR 865. I called up Mr. Ashish he replied "Sir, this are charges from 26th May to 25th June......" I told him please check (complaint no. 1-2687280104),my billing cycle is 26th to 25th every month, he checked and replied "Oh you have already requested for disconnection on 25th May so that is before your bill generation, than this bill can't be generated, also you haven't consumed a single KB after 25th so according to TIKONA Policy you cant be charged under any circumstances" . He told me to write this to Customer-care ; and for sure your entire amount will be refunded.


So, I am waiting for my INR 2365 to be refunded.


So, now all of you must have understood what the HELL TIKONA IS.........................


I , also request government to BAN it asap as its just a mental torture and nothing else.
