ordered for a brand new LCD TV 32 INCHES Make Toshiba on 12th October ,2012 from Timtara.com and ensured delivery with in 3 weeks. but after 3 weeks I didn’t receive my product. I had applied for cancellation of my product on October 31st 2012 but I didn’t receive any response from Timtara.com .

I had tried many times for cancellation and every time customer service told me we are about to deliver your product , and they are not refund my hard-earned money.

As per RBI (RESERVE BANK OF INDIA ) guidelines e-commerce site have to deliver the product within 7 –Days and e-commerce act 1998 and cyber act 2000 and as per the companies act 1956.

Timtara is incorporated in register of companies ( Ministry of corporate affairs) as info secure consulting Pvt. Ltd. ,with Cin : U72200hr2005ptc035704.
