I have ordered a Samsung mobile order no 10336250 on 7th october. Dure date 28th oct . After repeated calls/complaints and since no response I cancelled the order through call centre and also by raising a ticket. But no response even after 2 weeks after asking for refund. I feel they are a big fraud. They need to be banned. I have already sent a letter/notice. I plan to go to police
