Hi Guys,


I would like to share some good service provided by Myntra.com!


I placed n order on January 14, 2012 and the delivery time frame is January 21, 2012 (maximum). However there is no conversation at all after I placed an order. So I just tweets on twitter so that somebody can follow up in this regard. And everyday I use to tweets in they use to reply back and after some days I got a call from Customer service and they ask whether the consignment is deliver or not? After that the agent informed that he will follow and call me within 2 - 3 days and then the guys didn't contact me at all (I THINK THAT GUYS HAVE QUIT THE JOB). After I din't get any proper response from that guys and from the one who follow in TWITTER. I thought of sending mail to their leads csleads@myntra.com and after that I get a response mention that they will follow up and contact me. I wait for ONE WEEK (7 days) but nobody contact me after that I contact the customer support team and spoke to the agent and she mention that the product is RETURN TO ORIGIN without my knowledge and she told me to place a new order.


SO GUYS IF U WANT TO PLACE ORDER IN MYNTRA.COM THEN U HAVE TO FOLLOW CERTAIN RULES THEY ARE:


1) Its compulsory that you placed an order before 1 month so that u can get the consignment in proper time.2) You have to follow up everyday by waisting your money and time (not a toll free number).3) They didn't bother about social networking side (nobody will follow up) 4) By chance if u get a call from the Customer support team and mention that it will be deliver in 2 - 3 days then please call everyday otherwise your product will be return to origin.5) And lastly but not in the list they didn't care about at all so we have to follow up our own (No follow up if u send mail or tweets because there CS team are just for decoration).
