Who can confirm me for Traffic rules mentioned below, which I experienced today. 1. If you don't have R/C book of your vehicle - You have to pay 1000Rs.as penaulty to traffic police on surprised inspection. 2. If you have R/C book of your vehicle,but if you don't carry it at the time of traffic police inspection, you have to pay 300Rs. penaulty to traffic police.Please confirm me for above two rules.Where I can find the Traffic Rule Guide Book?
