Trishul Builder Hemant bhuddhiwant is cheater Fraud. Around more then 500 people are suffering because of him. Please don’t believe on Trishul builder and any of his projects like Shalini Lakeview, sai krupa residency, shalini heights, shalini garden, and shalini hill view. All projects are false & fake he is taking only money as installment but not building flats he is taking money as monthly installment and attracting people but not completing any project. people are thinking that we don’t have to take loan from bank, As we will be paying to bank if taken loan as installment will be paying to builder, that to also without interest but in this people get heavy loss, as they didn’t get flats as well as money back. Now it’s 5 years our money is invested in Shalini Lakeview but I have not received a single rupee back nor a flat possession. I will suggest you all please don’t believe on his nice & attractive offers & don’t invest your money to any of his project. And please try to distribute this information among your all relatives, colleagues, & neighbors. So everyone will be beware of him.
