Hello friends,

I applied for a mortgage loan in Union Bank Of India- loan branch ( sector-7, faridabad, haryana ).

They process my application & take my all ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS ( Including Property Paper )

and branch manager Mr. KHULLAR generate a DEMAND DRAFT OF Rs 13,50,000/-.

After That what happen is so SHOCKING.

They said your document is incomplete ( you have to deposit House tax Receipt ), which I was unable to deposit.

Mr. Khullar said , as your document is incomplete you have to pay 5% commission cash

& I'll Provide you the demand draft. I SAID NO & I'LL PROVIDE YOU THE HOUSE TAX RECEIPT.

After few days I was unable to deposit house tax receipt.

Now new Branch Manager ( Mr. Wadhwa ) said we are cancelling the demand draft & you have to pay interest of Rs 11000/- & processing charges Rs 7500/- after this we 'll give your property papers.

I want to say to all, what is my fault.

IF PAPERS ARE INCOMPLETE THAN WHY YOU GENERATE THE DEMAND DRAFT.
