I booked a flat in universal aura gurgaon sector 82 and like me me many others who had a middle class dream of owning a house in cybercity Gurgaon. But to our dismay our dream is turned out to be nightmare.

First we came to know builder does not have DTCP approval but has taken 30%. No bank loan yet they keep on demanding Construction linked payments. Finally DTCP approval came after many moths but people have to pay late fees though construction was not started.

They alloted flats at random to many including me.

Finally the biggest shocker they turned magician and increased the super area of flat by 15% and demanded 80% of increased charges in a month
