I have bought Nokia Lumia 925 in August last year but it came with a manufacturing defect of headset jack. I had been to Nokia care almost 3 times since last year and they repaired it for 3 times in a row but still the same problem occurs. Everytime when I visited nokia care they consumed atleast 20-25 days to return my phone. Also, they hadn't given me any standby phone for my use. When I had given my handset first time to Nokia care, a major problem of the touch screen which was popping out from corners was detected in just 4 days after the product purchase along with the heasdset jack problem. Nokia care rectified the touch screen problem but after 10-15 days headset jack problem occured again and again despite of regular repairing. there are some issues which occurs now i,e. conference calling not happening in phone since I have repaired my handset last time, my phone get heatup very soon while talking, my touch screen's colour get faded again and again. I was a loyal user of Nokia from last 5 years and never used any other phone apart from Nokia but this phone really pissed off me. As i'm a frequent traveller to other cities I faced alot of problems in terms of personal and professional terms due to this handset. Also, I lost many business proposaI due to the handset issues. I need a solution for my handset within 24-48 hours or else I go to consumer court for filing a case against Microsoft.
