Hi everybody. We NRIs are used to crib about everything about India during our visit to India.

I wanted to share with you an exciting experience I had during my stay in India this time. When I was in Bangalore, during the second week of February, I booked for the Espoir Technologies product "Smarten Your Communications through Wit & Wisdom" with their representative after paying the full amount. I knew that any Espoir product will be difficult to get due to their huge popularity. He promised me to deliver the product by first week of March.

I caught the opportunity to get two Espoir product at the price of one, with one condition. They should send it to my Los Angeles address. They agreed saying that as a responsible company they stand by their word.

Seldom I found such a punctual and sincere response in India as Espoir Technologies did.
