VBHC Mumbai Developers has delivered the flat possession on time but the work they did was not good If you don't go and check the flat then you will not get proper as the painting work was not proper after several mails they did some thing then again we need to click a pic and say the work is not done properly we need to be behind them. Recent experience there was a heavy rain so the water was coming from French window corner and from kitchen window and also from roof of french window I clicked and send them a snap after few days we got a reply that the work is done we can check it than luckly we went on again on the day when it was heavily raining the problem was not fixed still the water was coming from the roof, kitchen windows and from the corner of the french windows.

I don't deny that they don't help but it is either delay or either the work is not proper again and again we need to remind them.

Please do discuss before taking the flat for this all criteria and they help for loan also.
