Venus Geysers have pathetic and zero service. I bought Venus geyser Magna. It got faulty in the first week. After complaining for about 7 months, the service person came, rectified the problem for just 1 hour, and again it was dead as dodo. After complaining 3 months, serviceman came, rectified it but for just 15 minutes and again its dead as dodo. So guys, beware of Venus geysers. They have no service in Noida and they will tell u take ur geyser urself to service center. Bloody a__ ho___s. I wasted my money and time on Venus geysers, useless brand, pathetic, time waste, money waste.
