I am a certified Financial Planner and use BimaDeep software for LIC's Plan presentation. Software is good but service is very poor. Customer care staff is untrained and ill mannered. So called Sales engineer don’t know the spelling of Engineer.


Up till your software is working well everything is good but problem starts once you have any problem with the same. Customer care doesn’t care about you and sales engineer are only interested in sales. Customer care will tell you that Engineer is in meeting and engineer will always ask you to contact customer care.


Most of the time their website is down and they never response to your mail


I paid money to buy this software as well as for Annual Maintenance Contract but now I have no option than buying software from some other company.


I am a victim but advise LIC agents not to buy this software.
