I have made a bakara. I have opted a mswipe swiping machine for my retail outlet. they has taken a crossed cheque and Rs.1300/- cheque. after 15 days one gentleman came with the device to install. he has taken a whole day to set it up unfortunately he was unable to do so. I clearly told him its ok. I am not satisfied with the service and the technology involved in it. he taken the instrument and said the instrument will be returned and my money will be refunded. unfortunately I found they have started posting cheques in to my account. I called and informed the mswipe team at there toll free number 18001022699 and told the issue. unfortunately they attempted same again which is leading to a cheque bounce of Rs.393.16. they have presented cheque for 4 to 5 times. one strange when ever I call them they will be new to me asking for problem and promise to solve the issue. finally I decided to take the help. please help me
