All Vodafone Consumers, I would like to share my experience with you all. My wife is using one vodafone number from a year now and her bill always varies between 800-1200. All of a sudden she get a message in morning for her internet usage of Rs.5000. We were really amazed and tried figuring it out from the bottom line - from their connect to INDIA CEO but these person are so rigid that they don't even bother to listen the customer, every time when I tried approaching them, they were adamant and keep telling us that we have used so much of internet. I have asked 2 logical question for which they don't have the answer.
to see the usage trend in last 1 year then how come Rs.5000 bill that too just for a day.
every telecom industry has data with them irrespective call or data, tell we which website I opened, what data I have downloaded.
these people are still clueless and have no answer to my question and they are proudly saying - HAPPY TO HELP - it just sucks
I am making all the vodafone consumer aware that these people will suck our happiness and make their money.
