I have a Wipro desktop at home that was bought in 2012. A month ago it started giving me the blue screen of death. I checked online and figured its a hardware problem beyond my capacity to understand so I called the Wipro Toll Free number. It was a saturday, and the recorded voice tells me they only work on weekdays. That's weird I think since service from all these companies usually are 24/7, or should be! Anyway I call them on Monday and after a little discussion I am told that I need to write an email to them stating my complaint since this would be chargeable as my warranty had expired. So I sent them a mail dated 6th Aug 2014. I got no response in a week so I called again and was told exactly the same thing again. I sent another mail.and again there is no reply! I now have no idea what I am supposed to do with this problem! How can companies like Wipro have such shoddy customer service!
