I have worked amlost 1+ year with AMD on Magna pay rolls which is most worst experience.

I would not recommended any one to join through Magna pay roll, since they debit your salary on 7th of every month some times they even delay 1 or 2 days even.

Even single day you take off your salary will be cut.

Every month they cut one day salary.

If you resign you will get salary after 3 months.

Hike is very very less percentage .

You need to bargain more with them to get go good hike.

They are least bothered of hard working employees.

They make good money out of your hard work(you will get only~60% what client pays.).

No paid leaves or sick leaves instead they cut one day salary and earn interest in that even.

They are much money minded and not employee friendly.

Your hike is not based on your performance, but is based on exp you have they have fixed.

This is real story,i wasted 1+ year being with Magna,Please dont do that any.
