I bought a yamaha fazer from Orion motors on August,2011. I opted for loan from Orion and the customer service during purchase was really good. After I received the vehicle RC copy from RTO, the name printed in that was wrong and When I asked for the same to Orion motors, they asked me to reach RTO to get the card corrected from RTO. I am still behind the RTO office, Koramangala since September and not yet received the new card. Another one was with my vehicle insurance. That is also taken on my name with wrong spelling.

Later by checking that, I returned the insurance original to Orion motors for correction. Apart from the Loan document, both my vehicle insurance and RC book was incorrect. They have done the money collection part correctly and the customer service shit!!! Don't know who rated Orion as number dealer for Yamaha!!
