Mr. Bajpai,
I am writing in regards to the email that I had sent on Oct 7 2012, even
after 2 month behind us. I had written the last email in good faith,
thinking writing to you would help me fix the issue for good, guess I was
wrong. I still face frequent disconnections, network outages every now and
then. The list of compliant numbers that I enclosed in the last email has
only grown, so much so, that I decided against keeping a record of it, too
many of them.
I fail to understand how can you advertise that you are the "EMERGING
COMPANY OF THE YEAR" when your customers are running from pillar to post
for something which is BASIC TO YOUR INDUSTRY.
Mr. Bajpai let me assure you this time I would not only get the connection
disconnected, drag you & tikona to consumer court but I would also let the
Facebooks & Twitters of the world know the excellent services your company
provides.BTW your world class infrastructure is down from the last 4 days &
your award winning customer service is not even able to tell me how long
will it be before the internet starts working again!!
