If you are looking to purchase the dell laptops you should watch out with the customer service and delivery you are getting from dell. I have very bad experience and I want to share it all of you.
its been 4 months I am waiting for my laptop, as I have ordered 3 laptops from dell in mid of july and when laptop was delivered there were only two of them and one was stolen from the blue dart courier itself.
so if you are looking to purchase one from dell there is always a possibility that your laptop never reaches to you. when I complained this to dell for around 20 days no one took interest in my case. at last I mailed all the higher officials of dell regarding my case, and I got a call from customer care and my investigation started on first week of august. its now end of september and they still have not delivered my laptop
only false promises and excuses come from there site. its the worst kind of service and support I am getting from dell customer care. I have never expected this from dell. for all those who are looking to purchase dell laptops make sure that you are not trapped in.
i am still fighting to get my laptop delivered and I think at last I will have to go the consumer court for this. but I dont want you all to suffer. so be ware of dell laptop.
