I worked at M/s.Divyashakthy Technologies full-time. When I joined I thought it would be a great opportunity and a good platform for me to show my skills, but it was not up to any expectations.

Everything is so worst, it looks like employees are coming for time pass. You do not feel like working in corporate office. Management never listen to the employees also whatever promise they make to the employee is hardly fulfilled. Almost all the employees of the company are unsatisfied. The company do not know how to handle employee they won’t treat you like employees nor human beings .My humble request to you never join this company This company hires anyone they feel like, you will not find anyone having a good careers background in this company.

Nothing to appreciate, even neither co-employees nor management. They gave fake promises. But nothing worked as per they said, severance amount, closure procedure. Nothing was followed legally, complete cheating management. Esp the HR activities. Nobody followed professional ethics. Management never turned up to office. Literally harassment on employees, no respect, no values, irresponsible leadership. The person who spent more money on travel than employee development looks them like a big story teller and non-performer.

Writing a -ve review on the company does not mean that blaming it. This is only an awareness that employee should not face such kind of issue,do not encourage such kind of company. I have joined in the company as a Marketing Manager, due to the lack of support from the management, I have resigned the job on 10th July 18. while giving my resignation I have cleared all my pending works & handover to the management. I have clearly said to the management if any kind of issue from my side, let me know so that we will discuss in open. But management never ever turned up & they clearly said we don’t have any issue will be clearing your f & f within 10 working days. Regularly I have been contacted the management regarding full & final settlement, but the company stated that it will take some time. Already its been more than 2 months, till now I didn’t received any response from them. So I recently approached directly to the MD,he replied stating some kind of a nuisance & unnecessary stuff on me.I have already said them, if there is any issue from my side, let we discuss for further clarifications in clearing my F & F.But now management find a dough on the employee .Being a head of the management they are having a authority to ask, but they never ever turned up. This is not for the first time,Ex-employees are also suffering from same problem. They fed up & left hope on this company. The management removes Employees without any notice period & any kindly of a salary advance. we are the employees working for such organisations. This is how the management fools the employee. Request all the users, pls review & share to the friends. They will be posting Job Opportunities in Quicker & Indeed. Please be aware and share.

After this issue management never every responded to call are e mails. If such a case we sincerely request to the management, any problem issue comes from the employee pls have a open discuss & close the issues.

DON"T GET FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST
