I bought a cot from your Zuari authorized showroom “ Home City “ , #107 , B , Narayanana Pura in the marathalli outer ring road , near KR puram flyover Bangalore, initially the shop keeper said it is a direct company showroom , we placed order on Aug 15th and the shipment and installation was promised next day by noon, 16th they delivered the goods and today Aug 18th the installation is still pending, the shop keeper give all false promises , it is very frustrating to wait for the installation indefinitely , these guys have taken our time granted !

I’m a very disappointed customer of Zuari now . Now I feel I made a mistake to select Zuari product and this dealer .
