I am having phillips single bar home theater system which I have purchased from lotus raipur around 1 year ago. Previous also there was some fault in the system but it was sort out. But now again there is a problem for which I have given my home theater system to an authrised phillips service center. and till date it has been about 2 months but still they r unable to repair my home theater system. And the second thing is that in the interval of this 2 months never they called me up or contacted me about the status of my product. It was me always who inquired. And till date I have not got the product. Badest sevice centerer or service award goes to phillips. Phillis you rock............
