We built our own house two years back. During the construction, a representative from EUREKA FORBES dealing with EUROVIGIL home security systems approached us and detailed the product. It was quite good and we were inspired to install the product in our new home. We paid around rupees 22,000 for the product.

As expected, the representative was smart enough to have regular followups with us till the time he confirmed our booking and got his payment. Following that it was a horrible experience, getting the company people for installation, wiring etc., After everything was over we started using the system on a regular basis. In a couple of months it started giving trouble for which we contacted the company for service which beared NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Till now, almost for a year, the unit has not been functioning and we are tired placing complaints with the company. I would strongly recommend anyone N O T T O G O F O R E U R E K A F O R B E S P R O D U C T R A N G E at all for the sort of response we have been getting.
