Things I am facing with yatra is not even heard of. Now they denying seeing information printed on the ticket(had to send them my own copy,after which they see it)

Telling me I opted for certain services( after explaining to them tat I was left with no other option but to avail those paid services)

I caution to everyone reading this post. Plz don't use yatra.com. I was stuck with my 1 year old baby in an international airport because of them. It's a company with no moral
