I think the Z10 is awesome. Yes, it was rushed out a little before it was ready but I think I understand RIM's need to do that. But it's going to be fine. I've been a BlackBerry user for a long time and have really had Droid/iPhone envy but just couldn't bring myself to switch because BB is just so perfect for what I really need a phone to do - which is business connectivity. Now, with the Z10, I no longer envy the poor slobs with other phones. I can already see a ton more apps available for the OS 10 and the setting up email accounts is even easier than it was on my previous phones. I know it's not perfect. But I've talked (yes, on the phone) with BlackBerry support and they were super helpful and understand the deficiencies and assure me they're working hard to get it all fixed. I believe them. I'm very happy with this phone.
