Some of the Kolte-Patil projects have been delayed but that is also because of all clearances because they dont build anything without approval. I have read quite many complains about the sales team at KPDL. But i would disagree with the. Yes you can come across one odd weird sales person but not all. I am happy living at KPDL’s Glitterati I. Good project and good amenities. Very close to almost all the good schools and not to forget shopping malls.
