The order has already been shipped albeit with a delay. Since the delivery location is remote, delivery is taking time. Aramex is one of the premier courier companies and we have taken it up with them to get this delivered.

Hi Naseem, We have a support email where you could have written about any issue you face. 90% of our orders are delivered within 48 hours. Sometimes we do miss out. Write us an email with your order number and we will resolve the issue. Rgds, Atul AGARWAL
