They don't resolve any issues. Their support team sucks big time. Pl don't go for the membership and inform others as well. There is no way you get availability of rooms even 4 month in advance and you will end up paying for holidays you don't take. Most of good feedback here is logged by their own read more...

They are big cheats. No availability and services are not up to mark for the price and brand. Do ensure that no one else takes up this membership.

I had left the number and got call from your executive. She was of no help. Only telling me that you need to read terms and conditions before taking membership. I can not complain now. This is pathetic. I am not getting any availability even tried booking 4 months in advance as per thier rule. I hop read more...

I did get call from one of executive, which is not of any help. He only told me everything is as per company policy and we can not help you much in any way. Do you really care for member's complaints and issues raised. I have been talking to your membership team for last 2 months and highlighting these issues.
