In my case both the SIM and the wifi router were defective. I got SIM replaced but didnt get replacement wifi router even after a week of followup. Customer service is poor. Even to get the technical support guy visit my place and look into the problem I had to escalate to their nodal office. Ca read more...
In my case the antennas are fitted but still the device does not get connected. The customer care has not been helpful so I have escalated to the nodal office. Lets see how it goes.
