I am an Electronic Physicist, who turned to be an Adult Educator and Communicator. I have been a UNESCO Adviser to the Government of Indonesia and a UNICEF Consultant to the Government of Afghanistan. I was also a UNESCO Resource Person in Vietnam. I was the Rotary Foundation Concultant in Rural DEvelopment in the Blue Mountain Hills, Jamaica. In 1995, I was the UNDP Consultant to the Indonesia Distance Learning Net Work. Apart from Oriya, which is my mother tongue, I can read and speak Bengali/Bangla, Hindi, and read write and speak Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Malay. Nehru Literacy Award, 1992; Sardar Patel Literacy Award, 2000. Books to my Credit : A Handbook of Audio-Visual Aids, Adult Education: Some REflections and People & Places. My Book in Oriya '' Balada Gadiru Boeing Vimana '' ( From Bullock Cart to Boeing ) is now under print. Writing, Editing, Photography, Singing Rabindra Sangeet, Folk Songs and Mass Songs, Choral Singing, Acting, Directing Plays, Palmistry, Numerology, Graphology and Travelling.
