I'm disgusted but not surprised at the treatment you've received. This company seems to be making a business of billing users for things that users can clearly not prove are incorrect. @Rajshri517 - the issue i have is not with the sales person or with the customer care. It's with the company itself. I've had the same experience, as have 2-3 of my other colleagues. In every case, they just reject the issue by quoting exactly what they have said above in your case.
