I'm disgusted but not surprised at the treatment you've received. This company seems to be making a business of billing users for things that users can clearly not prove are incorrect. @Rajshri517 - the issue i have is not with the sales person or with the customer care. It's with the company itself. Their trained sales pitches & rude responses are clearly what they've been trained for by the company and have complete backing of the senior management. Not to mention that the 'wron read more...

I've had the same experience, as have 2-3 of my other colleagues. In every case, they just reject the issue by quoting exactly what they have said above in your case.
