i have filed case in consumer commission from mumbai. now rule says you can file litigation from any where you reside for livelihood or gain employment. i stay in navi mumbai so i filed it from alibag consumer forum on 11.01.2021. after 3 notices respondent has sent his statement that it is not juri read more...

i already placed complaint in consumer forum. now rule says you can place complaint from any district forum wherever you stay or gainfully employed .i did it from mumbai. now they are trying to take all chances to escape litigation. you guys shout unite form a group complaint to forum …as i stay out read more...

brother i have raised complain to consumer forum ..they did not hand over flat to me in time and rather rejected our claim saying i paid late. i filed the case from mumbai..they did not appear in court at first ..now after 3 notices or final notice they arrive...d with statement.
