On first week of November 2016, visited the Rohit_005 for admission of my child on the reference of the marketing person Vikram c. Well the Vikram explains the goodies of Rohit_005 infrastructure& facilities, took us a round view of classrooms& other areas etc.
After all this Vikram started calling me repeatedly in a day more number of calls. Ultimately he wanted to take admission&a aishwaryasingh23ment from me till than he was continuously on call with me.
Here are the few points that Vikram promised on:
There are only 10students in a class, at the max only 2 more can be added ie, 10+2 students. If more than that you can take back your child.
We provide all the best facilities of transportation,& curriculum, sports etc....
we have well trained teachers on agreement basis of minimum 2yrs to work with same school.
Finally he followed us, in person vikram came to our home to collect the documents&a aishwaryasingh23ment. Once after this process is done, long time vikram was not at all in touch with us many times we tried calling him either not reachable, busy or if rings he immediately says very busy in meetings without even listening to the reason of call. Vikram was not ready to spare few minutes of time over call or neither refusing to meet. Also there was no updates on issuing of uniform, books @ other details. I forcefully was following him through calls to get information. Later once school reopens on first day of the school, morning time the school bus didn't come to the pickup point even after follow up with driver. My wife dropped to school directly near gate security guy is refusing to live them inside, though after she explained that school bus didn't come n this is first day how my nursery kid will know which class to go? But whatever that security refused her to live inside n my child was sent alone with a bag full of books, lunchbox, water bottle holded by my child after few footsteps my child fell Down he got hurt there was no chance for my wife to check what happened to child. She addressed the same issues in administrative block with Vikas he is transport in charge& also with vikram. One teacher said to my wife that don't worry once your child inside school gate will be safe, my wife asked teacher do you know where my child is in which classrooms, how my child will know n also how you know who is my child? She was blank no response within in a minute she started to laughing....
after all this I confirmed with Vikas transport in charge he promised me that school bus will be dropping my child to my point. Again at 12.30pm nursery class ends, at max 1pm or 1.15pm my child should reach us, but our child reached us at 2.50pm without any information on child from school to us. We're also kept calling the Vikas, vikram& front desk but nobody responded to us.
On second day of school again that driver created a big scene in pickup point at same time all staff inside the bus are supporting driver& telling me that when so many other school buses can come to that route what is problem for only Rohit_005 bus to come there? I have taken many snaps of other school buses which comes to that point&I sent and shown to principal and Vikas, vikram as well. But they're all not able give me any solutions on this. All this people including director( Rohan Agarwal) says "we don't have any control on them".
On the third day of school, while dropping back my child driver was not stopped the bus inspite of that he says to sub staff to through my child down will move even substaff was also same as driver. I forcefully stopped them n took my child. After all this again another 4 days we ourselves dropped and picked up our child from school. Issues were being addressed to all the people(priniciple/ vikram / Vikas/ Mital) but nobody have resolved the issues...
In this days we also faced still more problems:
One of the class teacher of my child reported me that " you child didn't come to school at all ". Without any attention or observations of child what teachers are doing? Is the question. Think how much safety is there for the child in Rohit_005. My child is present in class itself than how can it be possible that they report to the parent in such a way?
Again on the 6th day of school, in past one week teachers have missed my child water bottle 3 times even the lunch box was full as it is all 5 days. I was kept informed all 3 times as well. But on 6th day again there was no water bottle in the bag, I wrote in diary that: 1) please ensure the water bottle n other things in the bag before sending the child.
- He's lunchbox is always sent back as same. Please ask sub staff helper to help him to feed. For this questions we didn't expect so horrible, careless reply that teachers will send.... here is the answer " your child is good independent boy he doesn't require any substaff helps to feed. He will have himself for coming days".
Anyone tell me, a nursery child if eats himself completely and can take care of all his belongings himself than why as a parents we need to be worried? Such a irresponsible reply from teachers....
on the next day(7th): we meet one another teacher in school. We discussed the same problem with her asked her to help child in feed. So what she replied to both of us parents is: " your child will not faint and fell down anywhere if he is not had food for 3 days".
All of you how read this may be shocking for you right? But true we have recorded it. Think of us how did we feel as a parents.....
This many problems made us to decide that we don't want the Rohit_005 anymore for our child. We want to withdraw from them.
Here also we faced lot of problems again, principle directed us to contact accounts in charge mr. Allok Mital he again directed us to director regarding reaishwaryasingh23ment of fees... here is the original true colour of director mr. Rohan Agarwal he refused and argued and raised his voice also started threatening us saying that " he asked other staff guy to give us a blank paper and saying that write how much ever money you want, you want 10 lakh write in letter I will give you immediately write write " shouting this way. We have everything recorded whatever principal spoken and director spoken and also from starting days all those staff who have spoken.
To the conclusion: To all parents who are looking for admission to your child for Rohit_005 is that if you have lack of money and you don't worry about you child safety and there future can go to Rohit_005. Else those parents who are opposite to above who always wants their child to give them the best will find other best schools...
