Its strange to say the least. There is a tremendous amount of customers who are waiting for a reliable broadband connection. And there usage not only increase but also make others buy it. Thank God I didn't get into this mess. I had called their helpline couple of times but no one turned up. This anyways reflected their commitment. I wonder how Reliance makes so much money with such a bad service in everything that they make?

Its really appalling to read your account. Tata , Airtel or MTNL, they are all birds of same feather. Without a proper outfit like BBB(Better business beauro) in USA, they can keep cheating people with impunity. There are similar products in market, try them out. One good thing about PUREIT Types is that they don't require electricity.
