At the price point these builders have given, this is a good project. The architecture is very good. Sufficient balconies and good ventilation.
If one wants find faults we can find many. Firstly it has only 4 floors which means that you don’t feel claustrophobic while in the lift or in the stairs.
As pointed, could have been refined better but with little money spent at the right location this can be refined and ambiance can be improved.
Many Many apartments in Mahadevpura area look like Pigeon holes. Unlike these apartment the two bed-rooms are the size of the 3 bedrooms. The living rooms are very welcoming.
