Never try to approach this builder . he will give all possible lies to you and make sure you pay some advance to him . from there you will get in to trap.
There are so many victims who has been cheated by him. many will have soft corner on him looking at his age. he never deserved that.
Pls be cautious before making Rs.10 also as an advance. check all the documents before you pay a paise also. make sure what ever you see is the 100% fact on the paper.
