One of my friend stays in this apartment. What I understand from him, I am writing here. You can individually verify these facts by meeting the residents there. After all purchasing a flat is not a small decision and you need to do the due diligence before purchasing a house.
The owners’ are not yet been handed over the Occupancy certificate and A-khata. The building is completed in year 2008 and builder is yet to hand over these basic documents to the owners. There are still some unsold houses in the complex since no one is ready to buy as the papers are not in order.
It appears that builder is trapped in some legal battle and it can’t resolve them in a hurry. Therefore flats worth crores of rupees are still unsold in this complex.
