I have mentioned this from my own personal experience with this builder.
This builder aims at only money. The projects they are offering are quiet far away from the city. Hence buying plot in such areas is not good because the development and profit you generate is very slow in such areas. Hence I don’t prefer this.
The project plan is also not proper and is not in a well organised way. The time invested on the project for the completion is also very much. Hence I prefer you to go to a better developer.
