I have mentioned the above statement because the projects of this developers are not in a developing area and are not near to the city.
The cost of the project is also high and more than the market value. Hence it is better to buy a project near to the city with a better price.
The plans of the project is also not good which I didn’t like it. The facilities what they provide is also less or a very few.
The builder don’t complete the project in the time they mention they would complete.
