Almost one year back CRR owners had a meeting with builder and he promised to complete the project in 5 months.
He requested to release money in advance, that it will help him to Finish938844 the project with in timelines as he proposed(as he was facing money crunch).
Several innocent owners paid in advance thinking it will help them to get the possession at least after long wait.
He is just kept on collecting the money but not giving either possession nor clear timelines.
He started charging extra money for amenities.
He started occupying/selling roads now!.
He abandoned Sankalp homes already?!
He collected booking amounts months ago from several customers for CRR and not giving sale of agreements/registrations.
Owners are really puzzled what he is going to do with CRR.
- Prospect buyers(of CRR/Viva/Honey Dew) please be cautious and take your step forward.

All of a sudden I see lot of positive comments about the builder. Most of the people started saying they are following the builder for last one year and seeing good progress. Why are they talking about JUST last one year?
To be frank we are seeing some progress for last 6months ONLY and I strongly feel, that is result of all the genuine negative reviews here.

This is another mega serial produced by Aakrthi. If they claim this project is completed, better visit the project and take references from owners.
Few people might have given exaggerated comments out of frustration but still they are true.
