My experinces so far with Sankalp aakriti staff is very very bad. It seems mentally handicapped people?I feel sorry for their mentally instable problem.
All of sudden they became erratic behaviour start talking with a very high pitch voice and using impolite language.They talk absolute nonsense. On same subject different versions in different occassions. completely take a different stand in different conversations. Unfortunately all the customer have to face these guys for every concern. what a pathetic situation?
We should appreciate Sankalp management for employing mentally handicapped people supporting them. Management should not have given CRM roles for customer facing or accounting roles for psychic disorder people. Management can consider them in using back office Jobs.
