I have purchased a flat in Aamor project of Aashish Group in March 2022 as the sales manager told me that the possession will be given by June 2022. I was staying in flat and paying 10000 rent so I thought to purchase a property on EMI so that instead of paying rent I will pay EMI and the property will be mine at the end. But the builder has not given possession so far and I am paying rent as well as EMI. It is becoming very very difficult for me to survive now. I had to take personal loan to fulfill my daily requirement.
