They are not very old builder, so got very less experience in executing any project. Poor finishing of their project is the best example.
They have just put the tiles on the wall of the bathroom, there is no finishing at all. Lift in one block is in miserable condition, when you get into it you get the feeling of "Hanging on a Rope." His staff are really worst, for any minor things, which builder suppose to do in your apartment, they charge you multiple of Rs.500. (Ex. changing a 1 meter wire cost you 500 apart from cost of wire).
Even that suppose to be done by builder. He hardly picks the call for any things which fails, even in the warranty, because he is not having papers for that. I really doubt, who taught him this kind of civil engineering.
Maintenance cost is very high and there is no water in the apartment, so you need to pay around Rs. 2000 for water which you use. There is lots of deviation from the plan, and the current flat owners are the one who suffers the most, because without NOC from BBMP you can’t get your khatha transferred.
If any body who earned and really spoiled the Bangalore city, then that is Builder and land owner.. None other.
Buyer please check 100 times before going for any of these kinds of illiterate builder.
