The worst developer .having connection with political parties and just selling land with false promise and putting all marketing tactics . buyers must check with existing customer’s . non of the layout’s khata transfer has happened and .all layouts customers are struggling. it is all on you to trust on people suffering from builder’s work or believe on paid+ve reviews.
buyers must ask First question when the first plot got registered and is KHATA transfer happed? if not then WHY? when government has rule to get KHATA transfer within 90 days of land/plot registration. be aware he is political connected person.
Better to buy plot from reputed builder not like this B grade developer, who do not have any ethic and value of his words!
