DELAY TO GET KHATA

I HAVE PURCHASED PLOT IN RIVER SHINE 1500 SFT IN THE YEAR 2018 BUT TILL NOW ABHYUDAYA DEVELOPERS COULD NOT GET THE E KHATA . I TRIED TO APPORACH THEM BUT THEY GIVE FALSE PROMISE AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS
