I have mentioned the above statement because the Plan and the areas of the project are not good. They aim at lands where it is cheap. But what they offer is not cheap and the development of those areas are quiet late.
The facilities what they provide is ok not bad. But the time of completion of their project is late as I have purchased one they didn’t complete that in the real time and they took more time to complete it. The quality of the materials what they use is not bad.
